Stockholm is known as an expensive city. Nevertheless, it attracts thousands of visitors every year, from students, backpackers, individual travelers, to couples, families, and groups of friends. The prices here are higher than in Western or Central Europe but there are a myriad of options for mid-budget and budgetary travelers.
